Worth knowing
What these cars actually need.
The air suspension is the system that most often brings these cars in, and it is the one where a correct diagnosis saves the most money. A strut, a compressor, a valve block and a leaking line all present similarly and cost very differently. We find out which it is before ordering anything.
Modern Rolls-Royces sit on BMW electronics and, in places, BMW mechanicals. That is useful: the diagnostic tooling and the parts supply are both better than the badge suggests, and it is a large part of why servicing one here costs what it does.
Most of these cars are driven rarely, and the problems that follow are batteries, brake discs, tyres and fluids rather than wear. Storage, battery tending and periodic use matter more than mileage-based intervals.
The alternative
Dealer-level work, without the dealership.
The nearest Rolls-Royce dealer is a drive and a wait. We’re independent, in Belmont, and you talk to the technician who worked on your car rather than a service advisor reading from a screen.
Routine maintenance here often comes in at about half what a dealer charges. Same fluids, same specifications, same documentation \u2014 you are simply not paying for the showroom.
Most services and brake jobs are a day or two. Where a part has to come from overseas we say so before the car comes apart, not after.
Federal law protects this, and we document every job so it can be proved. Your service history stays complete and the car stays saleable.
Where we are
Rolls-Royce service across the Peninsula.
We serve Rolls-Royce owners throughout the Peninsula: Hillsborough, Atherton, Woodside, Burlingame, San Mateo, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Redwood City and Half Moon Bay. Belmont sits between San Francisco and Palo Alto, which for most owners means a shorter trip than the nearest dealer and no appointment queue at the end of it.

FAQ
What Rolls-Royce owners ask us.
Will servicing my Rolls-Royce here affect the factory warranty?
No. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act a manufacturer cannot void your warranty simply because an independent shop carried out the maintenance. We service to factory intervals, use the correct parts and fluids, and document every job so your service history stands up.
How does the cost compare with the dealer?
Routine maintenance on a Rolls-Royce is often around half what a dealer charges, and sometimes less. Same fluids, same specifications, same documentation — the difference is that you are not funding a showroom and a service advisor.
How long will you have the car?
Most scheduled services and brake jobs are a day or two rather than the week or more a dealership often needs. Where a part has to come from overseas we will tell you that up front rather than after the car is apart.
Do you use genuine parts?
Genuine or OE-equivalent as standard, and we will tell you which we are proposing and why. Where a quality aftermarket option genuinely makes sense we will offer it as a choice rather than substituting it quietly.
Can you inspect a Rolls-Royce before I buy it?
Yes, and it is money well spent on these cars. We put it on a lift, read the fault history, check the service record against what the car actually shows, and tell you plainly what you would be taking on.
