What’s included
Storage at a shop, not a storage unit.
A facility can keep your car dry. It can’t notice the battery is failing, sort the annual while the car is sitting, or hand it back ready to drive. That’s the difference.
Washed and fully charged 24 hours before pickup, tyres to pressure. You collect a car that’s ready to go, not one that needs a day of attention first.
One email, one photograph, so you can see your car exactly as it sits. No wondering how it’s doing while you’re away.
Temperature and humidity held steady year-round — the thing that actually protects leather, chrome and paint on a car that sits for months.
Every car on a maintenance charger for the whole stay. No flat battery, no reset electronics, no shortened battery life.
Cars are moved periodically so tyres don’t take a set. It matters most on the soft compounds exotics run, and almost nobody mentions it.
Levels, pressures and a walk-around every month. Anything that needs attention, you hear about it before it becomes a problem.
The thing a storage unit can’t offer. Annual service, brakes, detailing or PPF can all happen while the car is with us, so it leaves ready rather than needing a shop visit.
If you want the car run and driven periodically, we will. If you’d rather nobody drove it, we won’t. Your call, in writing.

What owners ask us.
When does storage open?
October 2026. Join the list now and we’ll contact you before we open to confirm your space and lock the founding rate. Nothing is payable until then.
Is my car insured while it’s stored?
We carry insurance covering vehicles in our care, and we’ll share the certificate and coverage limits before you hand over the keys. We also recommend keeping your own policy in force — most insurers offer a reduced rate for a car that isn’t being driven.
When can I collect my car?
Any time during shop hours, Monday to Friday. Outside those hours we ask for 24 hours’ notice so someone is here and your car is ready when you arrive.
What does it cost?
The standard rate is $495 per month. Anyone on the list before we open gets the founding rate of $450, locked for as long as you keep the space. Prepay six months and the seventh is free.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Month to month is fine — plenty of cars come in for a winter and leave in spring. Longer commitments simply cost less per month.
Can you service the car while it’s stored?
Yes, and it’s the main reason to store with a shop rather than a facility. Annual service, brake fluid, tyres, detailing, PPF or ceramic coating can all be done during the stay, so the car leaves sorted.
What kinds of cars do you take?
Exotic, classic and collector cars are what the facility is built around — Ferrari, Porsche, Lamborghini, air-cooled classics, restorations and anything else that shouldn’t sit outside.
Do I have to pay anything now?
No. Joining the list costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We’ll be in touch before October to confirm.
